ShepiPod 2

My second iPod is a fourth-generation iPod (4G), also called the click-wheel iPod. It does not do video/pictures.

My first iPod was getting a bit long in the tooth and since it didn't have a dock connector, was unable to take advantage of many of the iPod accessories available.

Originally I was thinking about getting an iPod mini or an iPod shuffle so I could wear it around the house or doing yardwork. A gig's worth of songs is about 240 songs and about 16 hours of playtime. That would get me through two days worth of work with no repeats.

But then could I use it for other things. I'd like to have my 'Morning' mix on there which I listen to for breakfast. And it would be good to take it on the road so I'll need some room for Raffi and other children's music, in addition to driving music for me.

Some advantages: On-the-go playlists. Rating songs from the iPod. More games. Dock connector accessories. Click wheel is cooler than the touch wheel. Thinner.
