ShepWeb

Userland Frontier

Frontier is a totally cool scripting environment that has some great tools built in to assist in web page development. In fact, all of ShepWeb and all the other webspaces I create are developed within Frontier.

Frontier 5 Home - Starting point for official Userland and Frontier information.

Frontier 5: Download - get the free 5.0.1 version of Frontier (Mac OS or Windows)

Low Tech Object Data Base Server (LTODBS) - Third party additions to Frontier

Up and Running with Frontier Web Site Management - by Matt Neuburg - an excellent tutorial on how to go from knowing nothing about Frontier to creating a complete website using rendering, directives, glossaries and macros.

Frontier: The Definative Guide - also by Matt Neuburg - Excellent reference on Frontier. Currently the only printed book on the subject. Covers Frontier 4.2.3 but is still extremely relevant to the current Mac/Win Frontier 5.0.1

Hidden Features - Features that aren't easily visible thru Frontier's user interface.

Scripting Search Engine

The Frontier Newbie Toolbox

Scalable Content - How to render the same pages to two sites
